ILT operates 23 businesses across Invercargill. It employs around 600 staff and has a rich heritage of investing in leading edge hospitality facilities and funding significant community projects through its distribution of profits to over 400 community organisations each year. 
The Langlands Hotel is a brand new 4.5 star, 78 room hotel in the heart of Invercargill. The rooms exude luxury and the five quality food and beverage offerings are current and sophisticated.
We are looking to offer the right candidate an exciting opportunity to join a supportive team creating modern fusion cuisine. There is also opportunity to learn A la carte and function preparation. With five food and beverage outlets there is always new skills to learn.
Applicants will demonstrate the following attributes:
• Previous chef experience, additional training will be provided.
• A professional appearance with a positive attitude adaptability and flexibility.
• Experience in Asian cuisine would be an advantage including WOK and dumpling experience but not essential 
• Ability to work well under pressure and a focus on growing your career
• Community focused with a passion for people and the community
