Demand Analyst

The CompanyOur client is a privately owned, multinational FMCG company specializing in frozen foods.The RoleReporting to the ANZ Demand Manager, you will be responsible for:Centrally coordinate communications on managing abnormal demand and supply shortages for all products across all customers with Account Managers, ISPs and Supply Chain PlannersWeekly cadence for short term demand planning horizon, communicating, and escalating issues within the short-term horizon – focus on Retail, Export and IntercompanyConduct data cleansing and maintenance activitiesDevelop processes and structure for automating data sourcing and reportingVisualize data by creating and maintaining meaningful reports and dashboardsConsolidate multiple data sources and analyzing patterns, trends, anomalies and root causesIdentify opportunities for improvement within the entire supply chain and providing actionable insightsFacilitate actions agreed to resolve the demand and supply imbalances, e.g. allocations, substitutionsReporting and KPI measurement, ability to build dashboards to drive action plans and continuous improvementSkills & ExperienceAdvanced analytical skills and a high level of attention to detail with confidence in decision makingAbility to lead conversations with stakeholders at all levels, both internal and external, to drive and influence outcomesExcellent communication skills for internal and external audiencesKnowledge of SAP/APOAdvanced skills in MS Excel & Power BIMaintain positive approach to work to consistently deliver high quality outputSound business process knowledgeFMCG Experience would be beneficialExceptional interpersonal skills and problem-solving capabilitiesAbility to work independently and build cross-functional partnerships across the organisationHow to applyTo apply online, please click on the apply function.
