Deli Manager - Te Awamutu

We areseeking a Deli Manager, with passion for preparing and presenting food, toprovide leadership to a small dedicated team. Do you wantthe chance to build your business knowledge and apply your people skills inleading a small team?Can youdeliver on agreed budgets and targets, and excel at consistently deliveringhigh standards?Do you haveSAP experience or able to demonstrate experience retail IT systems?Do you have asound understanding of Food Safety requirements for a Food Control Plan and theimportance of this to Deli operations?Do you havewhat it takes to lead and train staff to be the best?We are seeking an individual who will have commitment to excellence andstrong organisational and communications skills. They will also display highpresentation standards, honesty and an excellent work ethic. If successful, youwill be planning and coordinating all facets of the day to day operations ofthe Deli. You will ensure staff have opportunities to learn and develop theirskills.

The hours and days of work will be discussed with applicants at the interviewstage and include a weekend shift. Some flexibility is required to coverstaffing needs in the department.
