Dc Network Operations Manager

We're looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company.

Participate collaboratively with fellow Supply Chain functions to identify and implement end to end improvement projects for group benefits. Ownership through a team of DC network specific inputs and actions.
Lead the definition of operational standards on behalf of the network across inventory, reporting and SOP's, ensuring business obligations are met. Identify and implement improvements to achieve best in class performance.
Management of external operations providers to ensure standards of supply, reporting and invoicing are delivered in line with contractual obligations. Work collaboratively with those providers to identify opportunities of mutual benefit.
Support GM Distribution with commercial budgeting and forecasting, working with DC leadership team members to identify, plan and realise improvement benefits.
Drive engagement across the network in support of role portfolio, showcasing health, safety, wellbeing and sustainability benefits as well as improved customer experience.

5 - 10 years warehouse management related experience
Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems, Transport management systems and regular DC processes
Experience with LEAN Six Sigma
Experience in project management and delivery across multiple locations
Leadership skills and ability to manage teams of people
Strong decision making and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills and ability to build excellent internal and external relationships
Ability to apply strategy in operational planning, risk and relationship management
Experience in contract management delivery, compliance as well as supplier management
