We represent the interests of nurses on employment and professional matters.We embrace Te Tiriti o Waitangi and work to improve the health status of all people of Aotearoa New Zealand through participation in health and social policy development.This is an exciting opportunity for a Database Manager to join us as we build our organisation and capacity through the introduction of a new CRM and other technologies.You would be responsible for overseeing the build (by our partners), data transfer and implementation of the new system, liaising with users to ensure they get the training and support they need to maximise the benefits of the system, and you will rapidly become our CRM expert. In addition, you'll use your generalist ICT knowledge to help us modernise both our technology and work practices as we become more digital.You will:Have well-developed analytical and technical problem-solving skillsBe experienced in Microsoft Azure and/or AWSPossess good knowledge of other modern cloud data platforms including CRMs and Power BIBe experienced with Microsoft excel, including VBA and proven SQL skillsDemonstrate sound knowledge of data, its storage and managementBe committed to honouring Te Tiriti o WaitangiBe energised by using your ICT skills in a change-focussed roleEnjoy bringing others on the journey with you.Build and maintain effective working relationshipsHave a continuous improvement approachThis full-time position is based in the Wellington National Office of NZNO.
