Your part to play; You'll collaborate across Product, Engineering and Market teams to automate critical workflows and transform credit decision processes to help farmers get better access to capital and grow their businesses. Identify new areas where data science can contribute to the product and focus on the impact on business results. Confidently apply various data science tools including algorithms, machine learning, AI and generative AI to solve business priorities. Develop and maintain benchmarking frameworks to assess market performance and analyse trends, providing crucial insights for Figured Agri. Utilise time series analysis to enhance budget forecasting models, enabling more accurate financial planning and resource allocation. Embed generative AI into core products to enhance customer experiences and create new opportunities through strategic data-driven insights. For example, create AI tools to generate insightful and context-aware commentary on financial reports. What are we looking for; Possess a degree in Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field. A depth of experience building predictive models, utilising NLP, ML techniques, and algorithm development. Strong ability in using data visualisation tools and techniques to tell compelling stories from complex datasets. Proficient in Python or R; experience with SQL, NoSQL databases, and analytics platforms.
