As a Data Analyst you will be working in a future-focused People & Capability team responsible for leading and executing the strategic people plan to empower a high performing culture and build capability within Foodstuffs North Island. What you'll do Working as a trusted advisor you will proactively find solutions that enable positive business outcomes. Our key objective is to ensure we have people systems, governance & processes which enable our leaders and our people to be the best they can be, motivated and high performing. You'll also: •Work closely with the People Systems and wider P&C teams to provide sound people data advice to drive our people strategy ensuring a positive employee experience. •Ensure accuracy in people data through data entry and auditing data & processes. •Understand employee data master fields and their impacts on applications and processes •Review and enhance employee master data processes and governance, aiming for simplification and automation •Create effective people and data metrics for data-driven decisions •Partner with business units to develop and provide custom reports and metrics •Interpret employee lifecycle feedback data to generate insights and reports •Resolve issues related to employee master data processes About You To be successful in this role you will ideally: •Have 2 to 5 years' experience in SAP systems (preferrable), PowerBI and Success Factors •Be an intermediate user of MS Excel and other MS Office applications •Have knowledge of HR business processes with the ability to document business processes and generate clear and understandable business requirements. •Have a collaborative working style yet be able to stand on your own two feet •Be a doer, capable of speedily delivering high volumes of quality work, yet also be flexible & able respond to incoming requests.
