Your roleCBRE is seeking intelligent, enthusiastic, and self-motivated individuals to join their Data Support team. This critical role plays a vital part in ensuring the business has access to up-to-date and accurate information, ultimately contributing to its market success.
The successful candidate will be responsible for data maintenance, gaining exposure to various areas of the property industry. They will also work closely with the business, acquiring valuable hands-on experience relevant to property qualifications.
Responsibilities: Research vacancy and new development surveysData uploads and maintenanceEnsuring building and tenancy information is kept to dateData analysis and reporting using Excel, Salesforce as well as other in-house systemsProviding ad-hoc assistance as requiredThis part-time role will suit a tertiary student currently studying a property-related degree and looking to position themselves long-term within the commercial property industry.
