Job Description Seeking Dairy Farm Manager with experience for this "hands on" role. Could suit working couple as dairy farm assistant role also available.Start date 1st June 2024 or earlier by negotiation depending on currently situation.Key strengths include:- Day to day feed budgeting and pasture management skills;- Staff management and leadership skills;- Extensive knowledge of animal health and stock husbandry;- Financial budgeting skills;- Effective and efficient milking shed operation, hygiene and compliance;- Experience with machinery, (operation and maintenance);- Effluent and irrigation management and operation to regional council requirements;- Dairy diary, compliance issues and record keeping.We promote a strictly smoke free and drug free farm.
