The manager and 2IC are very supportive and encourage their staff to develop their skills with ITO courses and have their learnings reinforced in a practical way on-farm.Once you start, we'll assess your competency and provide training where needed for the farm Ute, tractor, two wheeler, etc., to aid you in completing your tasks.The FarmBounty Dairy Unit is a 629-ha property, that winters 1500 cows and milks 1400 through a 60-bail rotary at peak. About YouYou will have a positive attitude and willingness to learn looking to develop and grow your dairy career.
