This is an excellent opportunity to secure continuous work in a large farming organisation with opportunity for growth and development.The roster is 5/2 most of the year, with a 6/2 for 8 weeks over calving.The FarmAoraki Dairy Unit is certified organic and located 10 minutes out of Foxton. On this 196-hectare effective property we spring calve 450 cows milking through a 50-bail rotary cowshed with MilkHub technology.About YouWe are looking for someone with a positive can-do attitude, passion and enthusiasm for dairy farming.You will also have:·A minimum of 1 seasons' experience in dairy farming.·First class attitude to Health and Safety, Animal Welfare and Environmental Management.·Great team player and effective communication skills.·Restricted or full NZ driver's licence.Any agricultural related qualifications would be an advantage.BenefitsWe offer a competitive remuneration and benefits package, as well as ongoing training and personal development to help you reach your personal and career goals.
