Lead CX initiatives from discovery to embedment, assessing impacts and applying best project management practices. People will be at the heart of everything you do, you will work with stakeholders to understand the needs of CX, how any project based changes will impact them and advocate what is needed for our people to ensure that projects and initiatives are a success.You'll work closely with CX teams to build a deep understanding of the project and change landscape, driving improvement opportunities and setting up a feedback loop on these opportunities. You will deliver the change and communication elements of our global CX strategic projects, to our global CX teams.This role requires a person who is a great team player, and comfortable working across multiple projects, as well as multiple time zones.
