With a customer base spanning the globe and operations in New Zealand, Australia, and Indonesia, Unison's vision is to lead a sustainable energy future that supports consumers changing energy needs while enabling its communities to prosper.An exciting opportunity is now available for a highly capable and suitably experienced individual to join the Unison Networks team in the role of Customer Experience (CX) Business Analyst, based at their Hastings Head Office.Reporting to Unison's Customer Experience Manager, you will drive customer and commercial operational performance through the development and implementation of processes and procedures that improve the customer experience. You will work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders (Unison's Customer and Commercial Teams, internal business units, customers, and so on) in order to bring Unison's Customer Experience Programme to life.A key focus for this role will be to maintain a holistic view on Unison's systems, processes and procedures where the customer experience is impacted. As such, you'll bring relevant experience in comparable Business Analyst / Process Improvement roles, using the relevant tools and methodologies.Above all your ability to engage and influence key stakeholders will be evident along with your passion for delivering great customer outcomes. You'll maintain a visible presence and advocate for customers internally, ensuring that the customer experience is at the heart of all business decisions.Experience, attributes and qualifications required for this role include:Possess relevant experience in comparable customer-focused Business Analyst role(s)Commitment to enhancing the customer experience through improved systems and processesAbility to translate strategy into deliverable outcomes for customersExperience in implementing business / process improvement methodologies – Lean/Six Sigma, Kanban, TQM, or similarExceptional collaboration / relationship management skills across all levels of an organisationAbility to engage and influence to enable change that drives improved customer outcomesFlexible in your approach; with a positive "can-do" attitudePossess a relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business Management, or similarUnison are proud to be an equal opportunity employer and are committed to creating an inclusive environment for all employees.
