Job Description: As a Customer Support Specialist at Priceline Group in Dunedin, Otago, NZ, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed in a timely and professional manner. This part-time entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role. Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a friendly and efficient manner.2. Assist customers with booking accommodations, flights, and other travel arrangements.3. Resolve customer complaints and issues with a focus on finding satisfactory solutions.4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies.7. Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues. Requirements:1. Passionate about providing excellent customer service.2. Confident in communicating with customers and team members.3. People management skills to effectively handle customer interactions.4. Negotiation skills to resolve customer complaints and issues.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.7. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office.8.
