Job Description: Marathon Oil is seeking a driven and resilient Customer Support Associate to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, New Zealand. As an Associate Level position, this role requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer support or a related field. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills and the ability to persuade customers to achieve positive outcomes. Responsibilities:1. Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions.2. Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.3. Communicate with customers to ensure their needs are met and issues are resolved efficiently.4. Collaborate with internal teams to address complex customer inquiries and find solutions.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company database.6. Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services to customers.7. Assist with training new customer support team members to ensure consistency in service delivery. Requirements:1. 2+ years of experience in customer support or a related field.2. Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.3. Excellent communication and persuasion skills.4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software.6.
