At Gough CAT our mission is to Keep Industry Moving. We currently have an opportunity for a confident, customer focused person to join our team and help us on our mission. Gough CAT is a name that is renowned in the New Zealand marketplace for being a premium brand, a reputable organisation and having a proven history of commitment to our customers.The role:Working in our Customer Support Centre, you will be the first point of contact for customer enquiries to Gough CAT, ensuring friendly, welcoming and helpful interactions. You will triage all enquiries, capture and update of customer information and effectively resolve the enquiry or channel it correctly for resolution. There are several customer related projects that you will also work on including updating our ERP and assisting with our customer survey platforms.The Customer Support Centre is open Monday to Friday, 7am to 5pm with a flexible team roster in place.To be successful in this role you will need:
A customer service background (call centre is ideal)
Customer centric mindset
To be a proactive team player, working for the benefit of the whole team all the time
To be adaptable and possess a quick learning ability, because things are always evolving for us
Technically competent to take the informal technical (systems etc) lead for the team
