Job Description: Domtar is seeking a talented and enthusiastic Customer Success Specialist to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our customers by providing exceptional service and support. This is a part-time entry-level position, perfect for someone looking to gain valuable experience in the customer success field. Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and preferences- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and helpful responses to inquiries- Educate customers on the benefits and features of our products and services- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and proactively address any issues or concerns- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services- Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer feedback and satisfaction levels Requirements:- Hardworking and independent individual who is willing to go the extra mile for our customers- Strong persuasion and presentation skills to effectively communicate with customers- Excellent verbal and written communication skills- Ability to work well in a fast-paced and dynamic environment- No prior experience is required, but a willingness to learn and grow in the customer success field is a must Benefits:- Joining Bonus- Disability insurance- Visa sponsorship for eligible candidates Working Environment:At Domtar, we provide an environment where technology is harnessed to drive innovation and efficiency.
