Job Description: TravelCenters of America is seeking a part-time Customer Success Representative to join our team in Dunedin, Otago, NZ. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are energetic, reliable, and have a passion for providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through effective communication and problem-solving skills.- Provide support to customers, addressing their inquiries, issues, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.- Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.- Utilize project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.- Participate in company training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.- Embrace a spirit of exploration and taking calculated risks for personal and professional growth.- Represent TravelCenters of America in a positive and professional manner at all times. Requirements:- No prior experience required, but a willingness to learn and grow in a customer service role.- Energetic and reliable individual with a strong work ethic.- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet.- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Must have a positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
