As a Customer Success Manager at Kelly Services, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success and satisfaction of our customers. This is a remote work position based in Tauranga, Bay Of Plenty, NZ, where you will work closely with clients to understand their needs and ensure they are receiving the best possible service.

Responsibilities:1. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.2. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner.3. Develop and implement customer success strategies to drive satisfaction, retention, and growth.4. Analyze customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.5. Work closely with internal teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to customers.6. Provide regular updates and reports to management on customer satisfaction levels and key performance indicators.7. Conduct research on industry best practices and trends to continuously improve customer success initiatives.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a customer success or account management capacity.2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.3. Resourceful and motivated personality traits, with a strong desire to help customers succeed.4. Proven ability to analyze data and identify insights to drive customer success.5. Ability to work independently and remotely, while still being a strong team player.6. Experience in the recruitment or staffing industry is a plus.7. A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
