As a Customer Success Coordinator, you will become part of a team committed to driving client success in various sectors, from telecommunications to environmental sustainability. This role offers you a unique opportunity to impact diverse industries positively while working with a global client base.
What you will do:
Supporting the Customer Success Director, you will serve as the main point of contact for new and existing clients, advocating for their needs within the agency and ensuring exceptional service delivery. Your role will be a mix of client relationship management and project coordination, employing your skills in administration and organisation to ensure delivery teams and account strategists are kept on task and on track. This role is truly an advocate for the clients within the agency.
Day to day you can expect to:
Work closely with clients and the delivery team to ensure project work aligns with agreed client goalsEfficiently onboard new clients and ensure a seamless flow of work through delivery systems, including setting up tasks on teamwork boards and tracking progressAssist the delivery team in gathering necessary information and details from clients to facilitate efficient project deliveryProactively identify areas for account growth and retention opportunitiesSkills and experience we are looking for:
We are looking for a graduate / junior level candidate that has;
