Together as one team, we are Here to move.The RoleWe are looking for an experienced Customer Services Representative to join our team in Auckland.Departmental/Operational Key Responsibilities may Include:Ensuring that customer documentation relied upon by the Operation is complete and accurate;Ensuring that accurate and timely communications are maintained between customers (both internal and external) with regards to the logistics operation;Ensure that inbound shipments and outbound orders are processed and delivered in a timely manner in accordance with Schenker's customer service agreements;Ensuring that the total Logistics Department despatch and inventory reporting for internal and external customers is completed and communicated in a timely and professional manner;Co-ordinate tasks and/or special customer request including despatch logistics requirements to the stores personnel;Ensuring that administrative procedures are adhered to; Liaise with other departments with regard to common issues and/or procedures;Managing and delegating all e-mail and telephone communications directed to the Logistics Department.Competencies and Skills Required:3PL / Supply Chain experience;Customer Services experience;Moderate level of computer literate (including Excel);Sound knowledge of RF scanning and WMS system;Ability to work proactively;Ability to identify and solve problems;Demonstrates high levels of accuracy and attention to detail.AnforderungenUnser AngebotWe are looking for an experienced Customer Services Representative to support our Logistics operations and join our team in Auckland.KontaktTo be considered for this position you must have valid rights to work and live in New Zealand
