The opportunity!
The Customer Services Representative is part of a team of people who work cohesively between Sales, Operations and represents the customers' voice. Our Customer Experience Representatives work closely with the branch to ensure we deliver Customer Satisfaction.
What you're there to do:
Keep customers up to date with products, manufacturing and delivery capabilities and requirements.
Data Entry
Excellence with Verbal and Written communication in English is a must
Apply Critical Thinking to find solutions - no day is the same!
Work with sales, operations and customers to keep everyone in the loop of any issues affecting customers.
Build rapport with customers and understand their business needs.

Skills & experience you'll bring:
A passion for customer care
Previous experience working in a customer service role is essential
Must be a quick learner and fast with a computer!
Knowledge of glass standards and / or knowledge of Building and Construction industry is preferable but not essential!
Strong time management & communication skills.
