Mo te tunga | About the role Our Customer Services Managers (CSM) are proven leaders within our Shared Services units. They are passionate about their roles and driven by success for their teams.
Our CSMs empower and inspire our teams of customer experience representatives to deliver efficient, quality services to our personnel at all NZDF locations.These vital services include travel bookings, housing and fleet management, just to name a few.
They are passionate about building staff engagement, ensuring teams understand their purpose, feel connected, engaged and motivated at all times, to deliver a high standard of service.
You will continuously look for ways to do business better, ensuring we are meeting the compliance requirements of NZDF policy.
Other responsibilities include budgeting, resource management and reporting on current projects.
Our ideal candidate comes from a customer centric industry, is a proven strong leader with experience working within a large organisation.
Other skills and experiences needed:
Confidence in your ability to manage relationships and foster new ones.Excellent written and oral communication, including the ability to clearly explain concepts.Previous experience in applying continuous improvement initiatives.Strong MS Office experience, SAP would be advantageous.Class 1 Full Driver's Licence.Please be prepared to discuss/presenton one or two of your experiences if you are successful through to interview stage.
