To support our continued business growth across New Zealand, we are seeking a Customer Services Team Leader, reporting to the GM Operations and Commercial. Key objectives of the role are: Coordinate and support Customer Service Team members Manage process improvement and change management for Customer Services Development and implementation of new Customer Service processes and tasks as the Genera business evolves Support company communications initiatives and online presence Administration of the fumigation process Manage all job requirements, data entry and ensure information is compliant and communicated to the required parties Support operational staff with required fumigation information Skills and Experience: Experience in operations administration and/or customer service High level of computer literacy and accurate data entry Excellent communication skills – verbal and written Ability to multitask and effective time management Previous supervisory experience is advantageous but not essential Experience in fumigation or shipping industry is advantageous but not essential What we offer: Join a skilled team, with a great culture and work environment.
