Together, we are more than the sum of our parts.  Right now we are after a Customer Services Team Leader to become part of our institutions supporting our vision and values.  About the role| Te Kaupapa  We are looking for an experienced Customer Services Team Leader to head up the Property Services help desk function. You will have line management responsibility. The position is based at Whitireia in Porirua, but you will need to visit Weltec in Petone on a regular basis. The Campus Services helpdesk includes: Co-ordinate daily work requests by phone or the Service Now online system Liaising with contractors to attend where in-house staff are unable to undertake repairs Responding to general queries from staff and students who visit the Campus Services office Financial reporting including the processing of purchase orders and invoices Vehicle bookings and fleet management Management of service contracts As team leader, you will be expected to lead by example and develop your direct reports. You will also be responsible for identifying and acting on trends / opportunities which become evident to you. To be successful in this role you will be an excellent team player, competent across the Office 365 suite and have had previous experience in a busy helpdesk environment including contract management and financial systems. Experience in managing a customer focused team and some knowledge of property maintenance is also important.
