Customer Service Supervisor

Window Treatments NZ Ltd Busy and varied role, experienced team of admin, technicians and factory, Customer Service and Appointment Setting/Dispatch, Sales - Providing Quotes to Customers.Mr Sparkel specialises in blind repair and cleaning. We currently require a Customer Service Supervisor based at our busy Wairau Park Showroom.

Duties include:

? Supervision, job co-ordination, providing quotes which may include going out to see customers
? Organising/dispatching technician appointments and workload
? Showroom duties ? assisting customers and maintaining a high standard within the showroom
? Handling telephone enquiries and customer service
? Data entry and Credit control
You must have excellent computer literacy. A good typing speed is essential as well as excellent communication skills. Some experience in a Senior Customer Service position or dispatching/scheduling jobs would be a bonus.

This role requires a high degree of professionalism, multi-tasking and customer service skills. Working hours are 7.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday.
