CUSTOMER SERVICE SALES COORDINATOR Devan Plastics Ltd The Lakes Tauriko, Tauranga, Bay of Plenty Client Customer Service and Sales Administration  Salary: $55k-$60K+ p/a After putting applications on hold for this second role over Christmas we are now ready to find the right person to join the awesome team at Devan Plastics in Tauriko. Devan Plastics is New Zealand's leading water and septic tank manufacturer with factories based in Tauranga and Christchurch and a fleet of trucks delivering products nationwide.    The Customer Service Sales Coordinator position is a busy role, and we are looking for someone who is a proven multi-tasker who thrives on keeping on top of a variety of tasks and meeting daily deadlines.    Working directly with our existing customers and liaising with the logistics and sales teams to organise delivery times you will be responsible for taking inquiries, inputting orders, and supplying product installation advice to our valued clients around New Zealand, along with general office administration work and sales and logistics support.   The successful applicant is likely to have the following attributes: Experience in a 'tradies environment' providing sales support and customer service would be an advantage. A quick learner with an inquiring mind and the ability to locate and transfer information on a computer. Strong attention to detail is essential when inputting data and following processes. Intermediate to advanced user of MS Office suite and CRM systems. Articulate and friendly phone manner (fluent written and spoken English is essential). Ability to build relationships and trust. Amazing multi-tasker who thrives on a bit of pressure at times. A great sense of humour is critical, as we love to have a laugh.
