About You: Previous experience working in a contact center or customer focused role. About the Role: General Call Centre and Administrative, assisting with consignments (tracking, booking, redirecting, data entry and query resolution) Assessing and identifying customer needs and providing world class solutions in line with our values. Following process and procedure for administrative requirements to accurately capture customer information. Undertaking general administrative and call taking duties daily. Building strong and positive relationships within the business. Answering queries by phone, email and/or messenger applications. Skills Needed: Excellent communication skills, able to communicate clearly and professionally with people from different backgrounds and roles. Excellent organisation and time management skills. Good literacy and numeracy skills (for example able to read and comprehend business rules and policies, able to communicate and record customer information professionally.
