Well-established Self-Storage Solutions company based in Mangere with twelve state-of-the-art Self-Storage facilities in key locations throughout New Zealand. This company is highly successful and continuously expanding. They are dedicated to providing convenient, high-quality storage solutions and excellent customer service.
They are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their close-knit team and play a key part in the day-to-day success of the business.
About Role:
Busy customer service role acting as first point of contact and delivering excellent customer service topotential and existing customers. Manage the customer journey from enquiry through to conversion, while closely coordinating with the Facility Managers.
Handle inbound calls, emails,chatbot and virtual video callsInitiate outbound sales enquiry follow upsFacilitating bookings and viewing for all facilitiesResolve customer problems effectivelyDeveloping and implementing sales strategiesAchieving monthly and annual sales targetsGeneral administration work9am-5pm - Monday to Friday – Some flexibility around start and finish times.No weekend workFantastic opportunity to utilise your customer service and sales skills and really take ownership of this role.
