Customer Service Representative | New Plymouth Vacancy info: Customer Service Representative | New Plymouth | Fixed Term We are on the hunt for an experienced Customer Service Representative to join the team.Reporting to the Customer Services Team Leader, you will play a significant part in enhancing the McKechnie brand through excellence in front-line customer service. Your day-to-day activities will include building strong relationships with key customers by dealing with their requirements professionally and effectively.You will also:Ensure all enquiries (delivery, due dates, lead times etc) are answered promptly and professionallyProcess and amend customer orders as requiredMonitor, manage and report on orders to maintain high DIFOT and work closely with Production to establish a plan of actionIdeally, you are a team player with highly developed interpersonal skills and a customer-focused approach. You have excellent problem-solving skills and the tenacity to achieve results amidst a busy workloadKey attributes required:Preferably 2 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales or Administration within a manufacturing operationA proven track record of planning, organisational, time management and prioritisation skillsA proficient level of understanding in the Microsoft Office packageThe ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlinesCommunication skills (both internal and external)Flexibility and responsivenessThis is a fixed-term salaried positionTo apply, please fill in an application form .
