About you: Be committed to quality customer care with previous experience in a call centre. Be friendly, dedicated and professional at all times Be quick to respond, in a fast paced varied environment, with accuracy Be able to multi task Be able to type a minimum of 40 words per minute Have clear communication skills – written and oral Be willing to learn Data entry skills a bonus About the role: Join our committed team and provide outstanding customer care. When you have completed your training, you will be answering our client's calls, providing advice and support. You will be answering calls from a variety of companies. You will be part of a busy, committed professional team of Call Centre Operators. You will be logging and recording every call and customer query. This may include accessing external software.
