Our Customer Service work closely with the Team at Viridian Glass to ensure we deliver Customer Satisfaction. If you have the right attitude and a willingness to step up and lead, this could be a perfect opportunity for you!What you're there to do:You will be the first point of call for all customers.A person who will take control and deliver customer service at a high standard.Provide initial advice and responses to our customers.Manage all customer ordering and processing aspects, including entering, following up and answering queries.Being organised and proactive in your approach to work.Work with sales, operations and customers to keep everyone in the loop.Keep customers updated on products, manufacturing and delivery capabilities, and requirements.Enjoy connecting, building rapport, and establishing relationships with customers and the wider internal team.Skills & experience you'll bring:Previous experience working in a customer service role is preferable but full training will be provided for the right candidate.Knowledge of glass standards and / or knowledge of Building and Construction industry is preferable but not essential as training will be provided.Have the ability to focus on meticulousness, precision, and detail.Critical thinking and the ability to find solutions.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Strong time management skills and the ability to self manage.The ability to be resilient and excel in pressure situations.Dedicated safety focus.A willingness to learn!How to apply:We want to hear from you!
