Customer Service Representative

A market leader in the Freight/logistics industry is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team.
To be successful in this role you will have to be customer focused with experience in the Freight / Logistics or FMCG field.
As Customer Service Representative you will be the initial contact for customers. The key function for the role is to field queries and orders whether on the phone, on email or in person.
Experience required:
Effective data entry and systems management

Previous customer service and sales administration experience in Freight/logistics or FMCG

Have strong technical ability and proven attention to detail

Have had some exposure to fast-paced, high-volume distribution environments such as Freight/logistics or FMCG

Must have a proven ability to learn software systems and business processes, for example CRM or supply chain systems

Must understand the Occupational Health & Safety practices

Must have an excellent command of the English language both written and oral
