We have a great opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to join our busy team in Auckland for a 12 month fixed term maternity cover. This role would suit an outgoing and enthusiastic person who wants to get their foot in the door with a stable and supportive company.
Responsibilities: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally, finding effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Attending to customers at the counter.Managing inbound and outbound calls and responding to customer enquiries in an effective and timely manner.Collaborate with our supply chain team where required to ensure timely and accurate order processing to meet customer requirements.Handle quoting and input orders seamlessly into our system.Assisting in processing stock transfers.The Ideal Candidate will have: Previous customer service experience ideally in engineering or similar industriesA strong desire to learn, continuously improve, and take responsibilityThe willingness to roll up your sleeves and dive into whatever tasks are neededHave a proactive approach to work – you use initiative but will seek assistance where requiredOur teams pride themselves on knowing our customers and fostering a supportive environment that leads to outstanding results.
