Customer Service Rep (Offsite Face To Face)

Auckland City, AucklandCasualWe are looking for a customer service superstar to liaise with business owners and assist them with the software based product. This will generally be done face to face but at times over the phone and via email.You will work a maximum of 20 hours per week and a minimum of 5.Duties will include:Visit each client business on daily basis;Assist customer downloading app and usage;Helping new businesses to use software;Promote brand awareness and exposure on and off line;Work with Sales to smoothly handover customer care process.This would fit somebody who is experienced with marketing and communications. Ideally you will have great customer service skills, be a people person and able to communicate effectively with others.Full training will be provided.
