Multiple permanent, part-time (working 20-hours per week) positions available Christchurch Airport based Supportive, friendly, and caring culture Entry level role with training provided Big international company with opportunity to move internally Working at our Apex Car Rental branch based out by the Christchurch Airport, we have multiple part-time positions available for what we call a Rental Operations Agent to join our amazing team and be the face of our business!
About the Role From our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.
To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles from time to time.
What we are looking for :
Full , clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential for this role.
Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar roles
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.
Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information(training will be provided)
Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.
We operate 7 days a week on a set roster and are currently looking to fill the following shifts:
Shift 1
Monday – 13.00 - 18.30
Friday – 13.00 - 18.30
Saturday – 08.00 - 18.30
Shift 2
Tuesday – 13.00 - 18.30
Wednesday – 13.00 - 18.30
Sunday – 08.00 - 18.30
