Big brands come with big responsibilities, and we are DRIVEN to be the BEST vehicle rental company in the world - TOGETHER!Multiple permanent, part-time (working 20-hours per week) positions availableChristchurch Airport basedSupportive, friendly, and caring cultureEntry level role with training providedBig international company with opportunity to move internallyWorking at our Apex Car Rental branch based out by the Christchurch Airport, we have multiple part-time positions available for what we call a Rental Operations Agent to join our amazing team and be the face of our business!About the RoleFrom our customer counter you will greet and interact with customers, market products and services and complete rental transactions, contracts, and bookings.To ensure our customers always get the best experience, you will also be required to inspect vehicles for damages and assist with the cleaning of our vehicles from time to time.What we are looking for :Full , clean, valid class 1 driver's licence is essential for this role.Previous experience within retail, hospitality, customer service or similar rolesAbility to work in a fast-paced environment while delivery exceptional customer service.Comfortable learning and using various computer systems to accurately input rental information(training will be provided)Ability to follow procedures and adhere to company guidelines and standards.We operate 7 days a week on a set roster and are currently looking to fill the following shifts:Shift 1Monday – 13.00 - 18.30Friday – 13.00 - 18.30Saturday – 08.00 - 18.30Shift 2Tuesday – 13.00 - 18.30Wednesday – 13.00 - 18.30Sunday – 08.00 - 18.30What's on offer:$24.20 per hour, plus increase your earnings with our sales incentive scheme.Uniform & Parking provided.Wellbeing programme incl. life insurance, discounted health insurance and superannuation optionsEmployee discounts on car rental across Avis Budget Groupand our partnersAccess to discounts and offers from retailers and big brands.Full training provided to help you achieve your goals & reach your potential.If you would like the opportunity to represent Avis Budget Group and specifically Apex Car Rentals, then we want to hear from you!
