Customer Service Officer (Library and Visitor Information) (Part Time )
About the Role Are you looking for a part time position in a busy facility surrounded by a fantastic team? Our Library and Visitor Information Centre is looking for a new team member to join their weekend crew for Saturday shifts.
The role will have general administrative tasks associated with AA vehicle licensing, library services, visitor information and programme delivery. The Library and Visitor Information Centre provides a fantastic way to work with our residents and the opportunity to promote our district to visitors.
T his will be a set shift of 9am - 1pm on Saturday and will be located at the Stratford Library and Visitor Information Centre, Miranda Street, Stratford. The salary range for this position is $23.65 - $25.50 per hour.

About You Our Library and Visitor Information Centre is a busy hub on Saturday mornings so you will need to be energetic, engaging and an enthusiastic team player. You will also have a caring and professional nature to provide our users with an enjoyable visit while demonstrating a vast knowledge of our district, and region, in order to assist visitors.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
