The Customer Service Officer plays a pivotal role in fostering positive customer interactions and maintaining strong relationships with 3PL's, cold stores, and transport companies. Key responsibilities include leading customer satisfaction through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, while also ensuring accurate order processing and timely resolution of issues. This role prefers experience in customer service, logistics, and supply chain management, along with proficiency in relevant software systems such as SAP and Portalink.
