Records Management & Document Control (Administration & Office Support) This role is responsible for providing customer service, and preparing draftsman work when necessary. About the Role: Provide information to enquires, fault reporting, feedback and requests via hotline number and email etc. Manage Computer Management System (CMS) helpdesk call with proper record keeping. Generate helpdesk call report for monthly report and track pending case for closure. Oversee asset management data and update in CMS. Manage user feedback with care and response in time. Generate monthly report, record meeting mins, matter arising & adhoc mins. Sending out meeting invite, planning of meeting dates, updating of master preventive maintenance schedule. Auto-cad skill in drawing update and revision, record-keeping and control & update of Drawings. Update staff movement and activities, record annual leave, medical leave and overtime record. Update Training Matrix, access card custodian, update staff, vendor, client contact list. Key press management and Ipad record management.
