Customer Service Manager Lead a small sized team Based in East Auckland
Starting immediately

The client: Our client is a market leader in the retail sector who prides themselves on delivering high quality products that translates through their customer care team

The Role: This is a hands-on role where you will be on the phones initially, ensuring workflow is managed accordingly and overseeing a small team. You will have the ability to relay the foundations and grow and develop the team.

Some day to day duties include:

You will be supporting and developing staff members by managing day to day execution of staff?s activities
You will ensure the contact centre business objectives and programs are adhered to
Managing the teams KPI?s and targets
Improving the team?s performance and handling one on one?s
Resolution handling

The hours: The ability to work between Monday ? Sunday, 40 hours per week
