As an entry-level Lending Specialist you'll be the main point of contact for our customers both online and over the phone. You'll be involved with initial loan enquiries and the verification process with the opportunity to progress through to loan assessment and repayments as you grow. Some of your key duties will be:

Loan application pre-screening including credit and reference checksAnswering in-bound calls/emails and handling customer enquiries in a helpful and timely mannerAccurately maintaining customer records
Experience in lending is not a requirement for this role, full training is provided, however we are looking for candidates with a background in customer service - call centre, retail, hospitality, sales etc. Additionally we are looking for people who:

Will uphold the team values and cultureHave excellent English language skills - written and verbalCan commit to showing up each dayCan correctly follow processes and systems
