About the Role:
Hours are on a fortnightly roster Between the hours of 08:30am & 8pm Mon-Thursday and 4:30pm finish on a Friday.
Full training will be provided. AFA training will be made available to team members who put in 110% effort and prove their worth to us as a company!
You will be responsible for explaining the benefits of KiwiSaver and how we can help Kiwi's make the most of it. You will assess people's needs, provide expert information or advice and then arrange appointments for our nationwide adviser team, so ideally previous experience in calendar management is preferred but not essential.

About You:
Hardworking self starter looking to develop your career into financial services, advice or sales. This role can be your opportunity to shine and be rewarded for the excellent work you do!
You must have outbound call centre sales experience.
You will have a great attitude and enjoy working in an environment where success is celebrated and rewarded.
You will be intelligent, keen to learn and continuously improve in a corporate environment.
You will have excellent listening skills with a very high attention to detail.
You enjoy working as part of an awesome team, working together, and like hitting goals/targets with everyone!
