As the official distributors for Peugeot, Ford and BYD in Singapore, and a provider of extensive aftersales and roadside assistance services via our Quick Lane Service Centre, we tap on our diverse expertise to guarantee customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:Acting as the point of reference for guests who need assistance or informationUnderstanding customer's needs and directing them to sales consultant or service advisorAnswer the phone and make appointments, take and distribute messages or mail, and redirect callsGenerate showroom reports and maintain leads databaseProvide support to marketing activities and eventsEnsure the showroom is in pristine conditionAny other tasks assigned by the superiorRespond to complaints and find the appropriate solutionRequirements:Preferably with at least NITEC in Service Skills or relevant disciplineAt least 2 years of experience as a concierge or customer service ambassadorCandidates with Automotive industry experience is preferredBasic MS Office/ Salesforce is a bonusSime Darby Motors is the automotive arm of Sime Darby.
