About the Role We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for administering and managing accounts of Superannuation Fund members. The role involves a mixture of customer service, liaising with member's payroll offices, reconciling accounts, calculating entitlements and written correspondence to provide member's with information on their entitlements. Please note the working hours will fall from 8:30am-5pm or 8am-4pm Skills and experience Strong problem solving, analytical and numerical skills Excellent communication and time management skills Advantageous if you have any experience in administration, data entry or customer service Can work autonomously and within a team Adaptable to work in a fast paced, changing environment Benefits Base salary + kiwi saver + subsidized Life and Health Insurances, retail discounts Flexibility in working arrangements- hybrid working model including WFH!
