About the Role We are looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for administering and managing accounts of Superannuation Fund members. The role involves a mixture of customer service, liaising with member's payroll offices, reconciling accounts, calculating entitlements and written correspondence to provide member's with information on their entitlements.
