The purpose of the Administrator role is to provide administrative support to the Manager Customer Service Support and team and Contact Centre that also supports the NZ Transport Agency Strategy and makes a difference to our customers.
In this role, you will undertake administrative tasks that help support the functions within the Customer Service Support team and Contact Centre. Your strong attention to detail skills will be showcased here and your ability to plan and manage your daily workload is important to ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner in line with the Transport Agency's policies, procedures and legislative requirements.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:
A minimum of two years' experience in an administration role
A strong customer focus
Collaborative working style and can work well as part of a team
A desire and ability to build strong relationships throughout the Agency
High level of agility along with ability to work under pressure and meet tight time frames
Ability to plan and manage workload
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Take accountability for the responsibilities of the position and own actionsHigh standards of accuracy and attention to detail
Demonstrated expertise in the use of the Microsoft Office suite
Experience in continuous improvement
Ability to multi task, prioritise and work under pressure
