Our client collaborates across district councils and regional agencies to deliver integrated transportation services for Northland. As part of the Shared Services Business Unit, they provide roading and transportation services across the region, aiming for better outcomes for the economy and residents. Role Summary: As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for customer inquiries regarding roading services. Your role involves managing customer requests, resolving issues, and liaising with internal teams and external stakeholders. Additionally, you will provide administrative and financial support and contribute to process improvement initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Manage customer inquiries and aim for prompt resolution. Liaise with internal teams, councils, and contractors to address customer needs. Maintain records of customer interactions and contribute to a customer-centric culture. Collaborate with teams to ensure quality and consistency in customer interactions. Provide general administrative support related to roading services. Assist with financial processes such as invoice reconciliation and travel bookings. Adhere to health and safety policies and communicate requirements to contractors. Requirements: Previous experience in customer support or a similar role. Familiarity with financial systems. Valid NZ full driver's license. Knowledge of or willingness to learn Tikanga Maori. Proficiency in Microsoft applications. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
