What We're Looking For Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating lasting relationships? Do you have experience in service delivery or relationship management? As a Customer Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the implementation process, from the point of sale to being fully integrated with their destination product and service suite. You will also assist existing customers to implement new products. You will proactively contact customers, understand their needs and challenges, troubleshoot issues, ensure compliance, and deliver solutions that meet their expectations.
