Exceptional communication skills, attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive attitude are essential. Your role is crucial in enabling the Real Estate Sales Team at Stuff by bridging the gap between clients and internal departments. Your responsibilities will include:Customer Engagement: Work with recurring customers on their bookings and handle queries via phone and email to enhance the customer experience.Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with our high-value customers.Multimedia Booking Management: Tracking and booking requests across digital, print and audio, ensuring all bookings are completed and actioned in a timely mannerCampaign Management: Managing digital, print, and audio campaigns from start to finish, including campaign reporting.To be successful in this role, you should:Have some experience in a Customer/Sales/Marketing Support or Coordinator roleProject a positive and professional image of Stuff in all interactions.Possess strong organisational skills and thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple deadlines.Have high attention to detail, ability to prioritise tasks, excellent verbal and written communicationBe a fast learner, critical thinker, show initiative, and problem solving skillsThink you can do the job?
