In this role, you'll lead the customer performance & insights function incorporating our Voice of Customer Programme, Customer Complaints Process monitoring and Customer Reporting Capability.
You'll oversee the management and submission of weekly and monthly performance reports to inform areas of improvement and build cross functional team capability and drive a collaborative approach.
Key to this role is the critical thinking and ability to identify root cause issues and key trends that impact the Customer Experience.
As an experienced insights practitioner, you'll know your way around data warehouses and be able to take all that information and turn it into compelling stories. Naturally you'll be analytical and a critical thinker, with the ability to identify root cause issues and key trends that impact the Customer Experience.
You'll also be experienced at inspiring and developing people, either through formal people leadership or in a mentoring or coaching role.
